For the internal branding of the HR employee site, I sought to create a visual identity that resonates with both the linemen and corporate employees, reflecting the diverse workforce of the company. The design prominently features a hard hat, an essential safety item that all employees, regardless of their role, would wear on a job site. This universal symbol of safety and fieldwork serves as a nod to the linemen who are on the front lines each day. To integrate the corporate side, I incorporated a tie positioned in the center of the hard hat. This element represents the office workers, emphasizing the professionalism and dedication that drive our company's operations behind the scenes. By combining these two symbols, the branding creates a unified representation of our workforce, highlighting the collaboration and shared values that connect every employee, from the field to the office.
